Agreement to terms

By accessing this site, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. The operator reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates noted by changes to the "Last updated" date.

Intellectual property

All site content, including text, graphics, audio, and video, belongs to the operator or licensors. Users receive limited licenses for personal, non-commercial use only.

User representations

Users warrant that registration information is accurate and that they comply with applicable laws. Minors require parental permission.

Registration

Users must maintain confidential passwords and are responsible for account activity. The operator may remove usernames deemed inappropriate.

Payment terms

The site accepts PayPal and Stripe. Recurring charges continue until cancellation. The operator reserves pricing correction rights and may refuse orders.

Free trial

New users receive a 3-day free trial before subscription charges begin.

Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through account settings or by contacting info@msksono.org. Cancellation takes effect at the current term's end.

Prohibited activities

Users cannot systematically extract data, circumvent security, harass others, use automated tools, or engage in commercial competition with the site.

User contributions

Users grant an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual license for contributions. The operator may edit or remove contributions without liability.

Third-party content

The operator bears no responsibility for external websites or third-party content linked through the site.

Site management

The operator may refuse access, remove content, and take legal action against violations without notice.

Termination

The operator may terminate accounts and deny access without notice or liability.

Governing law

These terms follow Czech law. EU consumers receive additional statutory protections. Both parties submit to Prague courts' jurisdiction.

Dispute resolution

Parties must attempt 30 days of informal negotiation before arbitration. Arbitration occurs through the European Court of Arbitration in Prague, conducted in Czech.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" without warranties. The operator disclaims liability for errors, security breaches, viruses, and third-party content.

Liability

The operator's maximum liability is $100 USD regardless of damages claimed.
