• Struthers arcade - fibrous band between the medial triceps head and the septum.
• Osborne ligament - roof of the cubital tunnel behind the medial epicondyle.
• Arcade of Osborne - fibrotic arch within the cubital tunnel, common compression site.
• Between the two heads of flexor carpi ulnaris - entry into the forearm.
• Guyon canal - wrist compression affecting sensory or motor function.
