For almost three years, I have been developing this website, which is comprised of content I have created and collected throughout my career as a PMR doctor, lecturer in MSK US courses, and during my PhD studies. You can learn more about me in the “About” section below.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I began my journey into MSK US. Since it was impossible to attend hands-on courses, I had to learn practical skills on my own. I tried learning from books, but I found it challenging and boring (they are also a bit heavy to carry around). As a result, I explored various modern learning methods and was surprised by the number, quality and enjoyability of other education possibilites (such as online seminars, YouTube channels, social media, podcasts, and apps).

I also didn’t like the old „fifty shades of gray“ US images in classical literature (from which I was totally confused) so I started to create my own new (colour) ones that are easier to understand and remember. Subsequently I proceed to creating education videos. This eventually led me to create educational videos.
